Amanda Porter is an Emmy-award winning journalist whose won several journalism awards and started anchoring/producing/reporting fresh out of college at the young age of 22! Porter is a first-generation college student who has overcame much adversity and continues to make an impact as a broadcast journalist in Southwest Florida! Inspiring and empowering others is a passion for Amanda as she launches her self entitled brand, "Amanda Porter Style" or A.P. Style for unique professionals who are chasing their dreams!
Amanda Porter's Story
Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Amanda Porter always had dreams about her future and purpose which she is fulfilling with God by her side as a broadcast journalist in Southern Florida.
Growing up, Amanda was and continues to be interested in art, fashion, styling, beauty and modeling. To pay for her college education Amanda worked as a retail manager, a Personal Banker, Notary Republic, and a model for several brands and companies that included her image and work being featured throughout the city of Milwaukee in magazines, ads, commercials, and even the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport!
Porter is expressing her artistic side through her brand "A.P. Style" which will be featured here on her website and through her Youtube Channel!
